Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Education Corps recently emerged as the main winner at the 49th Service Sports and Culture Council (MSKPPM) 2024 held at the Sabah Culture and Arts Board (JKKN) auditorium here. They defeated nine other educational teams from the peninsula in a competition that included 11 games including badminton, futsal, soccer and netball.

Saba also won four other awards: Best Vocalist, Best Drummer, Best Composition, and Best Dance Group. Datuk Science, Technology and Innovation Minister Datuk Dr Mohd Arifin Mohd Arif, who is also the State Education Commissioner, officiated the event and presented awards and prizes to the winners.
