Two military helicopters collide in Malaysia, killing 10 people

Two Malaysian military helicopters collided and crashed during a training exercise on Tuesday, killing all 10 crew members, Malaysia’s rescue agency said.

“The two helicopters collided during a training flight,” Suhaimi Mohammad Suhail, chief operations commander for the Fire and Rescue Department, said in a statement. He was confirmed dead,” he added.

Local media reported that the accident occurred during a training exercise for a military parade commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Malaysian Navy.
