Jiankun partners with Micro Energy to install solar power generation systems at homes in Taman Pangkor Jaya, Penang

KUALA LUMPUR (April 24): Jangkun International Bhd has hired Micro Energy Holdings (M ) Signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sdn Bhd. )system.

Taman Pangkor Jaya is a two-storey landed residential development spread over 7.58 acres (3.07 hectares). Consisting of 116 units, the total development value is RM72.69 million. The project is expected to be completed in July 2026. Through the MOU, the units will be equipped with at least a 2.2kW solar power system.

Jiankun Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Edwin Silvester Das said in a press statement on Wednesday: It is a leap towards a greener Malaysia. By integrating sustainable solutions such as solar energy into our luxury residential developments, we aim to create a legacy of not only homes but also green living.

“The partnership between Jiankun and Micro Energy in the Taman Pangkor Jaya@Nibong Tebal project reflects our foresight in combining luxury and eco-efficiency. We are leading towards a horizon where luxury and sustainability coexist,” Edwin added.

Jiankun executive director Datuk Donald Lim agreed with Edwin, saying: This project promises to reduce residents’ energy costs, increase the value of their properties, and contribute to their overall well-being by promoting a healthier environment. ”
