Invest Sarawak and Toyo Engineering Co., Ltd., in collaboration with its subsidiary Toyo Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to highlight their joint efforts to advance the Sarawak government’s energy transition agenda.
